Can I modify or cancel my order after I have made payment? 

• Orders are confirmed once payment is made and processed. Cancellation of your order and changes to your order cannot be made once payment is processed.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct items, item quantities, applied any discount codes or promotions and have input the correct shipping address before payment is made as no refunds will be provided for processed orders.

If you are using any discount or promo codes, do ensure that the respective discounts have been applied and reflected in the total amount before making payment. We are unable to process any refunds once payment is processed.

• IMPORTANT: Provide your mobile number when checking out for courier delivery services to avoid unnecessary delay in receiving your parcel.

• If re-delivery attempts by courier is unsuccessful and the courier is unable to contact you at the mobile no. provided, the customer will be liable to pay for re-shipping costs if the parcel is returned to us. The re-shipping costs will be at the full rate of courier delivery and not at any discount/promotional rates.

• Please ensure mobile number and delivery address is correct before checking out.

What are the accepted modes of payment?

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and American Express. 

 

How do I get my welcome promotion discount code? 

• There are 2 ways to receive the promotion discount code: Sign up for our mailing list or create & activate your customer account on LILY+BLING.

• If you did not receive the welcome email in your inbox, please check your email's spam/junk mail folder as it may have ended up there. 

 

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase? 

• Yes, you will have to create an account to make a purchase on LILY+BLING. Registration takes a few simple steps to complete. Create an account for easier tracking of your order status, access order history and one-step purchase. 

If you did not receive the account activation in your email inbox, please check your email's spam/junk mail folder as it may have ended up there. Add "hello@lilyandbling.com" to your safe senders list for us to send you updates on your order. 

 

When will I receive my order? 

• We will ship your order within 1-7 working days (depending on whether your order contains handmade items) upon order & payment confirmation. Refer to Delivery & Shipping Information for estimated delivery timeframes. We are based in Singapore and all orders are sent out from Singapore via SingPost/local courier services. 

 

Delivery Methods

• We use courier delivery, and registered mail by SingPost. We highly recommend using courier delivery and registered mail as these options provide tracking information and greatly reduces the chances of lost mail.

Gift Packaging

• Please purchase gift packaging if you require your order to be gift packed. No gift packaging will be included in your order if gift packaging is not purchased together with your order. Gift Packaging includes box, ribbon, bubble wrap, monogrammed brand packing paper, message card.

• One order of Gift Packaging (1 Unit) = gift packaging for one item or one whole order, based on your preference.

• If more than one gift packaging is required for a single order, i.e. individual gift packaging for every single item in one order, please order the corresponding quantity of gift packaging.

Example
  • There are 3 items in an order that require individual gift packaging = add 3 quantity of Gift Packaging (1 unit) to your order. 
  • There are 4 items in an order. All 4 items to be gift packaged together in one gift package = add 1 quantity of Gift Packaging (1 unit) to your order.
  • There are 3 items in an order but only 2 gift packagings are required = add 2 quantity of Gift Packaging (1 unit) to your order. Leave comment when checking out on the items to be packed together.

How do I know if the item I am interested in is in stock? 

• All of our items are in stock. Unless marked by "Sold Out", "Pre-Order" or "Back-order", we will ship your order within 1-4 working days upon order & payment confirmation. 

• In the rare event that items are unavailable after order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible or provide a refund if close substitutes are not available.

 

 

I saw a design on LILY+BLING's Instagram/Facebook page and I would like to get it.

• Some of the designs on our Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/lilyandbling) are (i) pop-up exclusive, (ii) not available on our online store yet or (iii) customised designs created with our customers. 

• If you are interested in any of the pieces, do drop us a message via Instagram DM or email us with the design to see if we've available stock or if we can recreate one for you too!

 

Our Working Days 

• Our working days are Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays (PH).

 

Information on Hand-made, Hand-painted Items, Items made from Natural Wood/Painted Wood

Hand-made items, hand-painted items or items made from natural wood/painted wood may have the following conditions:

Hand-painted items/Painted wood:

Minor irregularities may exist on the surface of wood due to the painting process. The irregularities are only obvious when viewed up-close. This does not affect the overall aesthetics of the accessories.  

NOTE: Avoid white/light colored clothing during initial wear of dark colored beads. Do not let wooden beads get into contact with water, sweat or other liquids. For maximum durability, coat beads with a thin layer of clear nail varnish. 

 

Natural Wood:

Wood components come in varying colors and design due to natural tree bark textures and patterns. Therefore, wood components may differ in color shades of wood and patterns from the pictures listed. 

• Polymer Clay:

Polymer clay beads and components are all designed & handmade from scratch. Due to the handmade process of these beads and components, bead sizes and designs may differ slightly in the same batch from the pictures displayed. While we follow the overall color scheme, design patterns like marbling, dotting etc will differ slightly from bead to bead.  

 

Information on Handmade Yarn Necklaces

As our yarn necklaces are made from tie-dyed fabric, no two pieces are exactly the same in terms of color placement, hue, patterns or gradient. The length of the pieces affect the necklace outlook as well in terms of colors and patterns. While we use the same base colored fabric for the necklaces, we cannot ensure that the final handmade product will look exactly the same due to a variety of reasons not limited to: conditions of tie-dye, length of necklace, beads selection, studio lighting conditions and hue of dyes. We encourage customers to view the physical pieces at our pop-up or our stockist before purchase. 

Yarn necklaces can be hand-washed in soapy water but take care not to wet the beads, if you have chosen wooden beads.
